What level of fitness are your classes aimed at?
I try to ensure any level of fitness can attend my classes by giving adaptations and making everyone feel they can take it at their own pace.
Can I use block booked sessions at any class?
Yes, part from Pilates and Fitness Pilates as these are half termly block bookings
Do I need a mat and weights?
For just Zumba classes you do not need them, for all other classes you do. Ideally a 1kg, 1.5kg or 2kg weight will be fine.
What happens if I miss a class?
If you pay by standing order please try to attend another class to make up for the missed class. If you cannot come one week you can attend more classes the following week to make up for the missed class.
What happens if you (Becky) cancel a class?
If I cancel a class please try to attend another class or more classes the following week to make up.
