Pilates- taking the Pilates principle right back to basics to strengthen your core, improve your posture and ensure a healthy day to day life.
Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance fitness class designed for EVERYONE. It's a blast! It's different! It's easy! It's effective!
Body Conditioning is a great all over toning class using hand weights and resistance bands for added resistance along with leg shaping squats and lunges followed by a mat workout. I usually incorporate this into my Monday and Friday morning classes.
My aerobics classes are fun energetic classes with easy to follow moves to great music from chart to salsa. The warm up and cool down remain the same each week with the main workout changing using basic aerobic moves, cardio box and a bit of bootcamp thrown in. Everyone works at their own level with easier and harder options given throughout the class.
Fitness Pilates is based on the principles of Pilates but with more standing work to challenge your body and burn calories.
