FitSteps - Come and dance like Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite of ‘Strictly Come Dancing’, the creators of FitSteps as they take the very best of Ballroom and Latin, mix it with the latest, proven ways to get fit FAST and deliver the most exciting, fun, fabulous fitness experience you’ve ever had.
Just Jhoom! means Just Dance! and draws on a range of dance styles from classical Indian to Bhangra with dashes of hip-hop, jive and jazz - it is energetic, loads of fun and very tongue-in-cheek!
ZUMBATOMIC Designed exclusively for kids (ages 4-12), Zumbatomic classes are rockin’, high-energy fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, like hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia and more. Please contact me to add your name to my list as classes are currently not running.

Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance fitness class designed for EVERYONE. It's a blast! It's different! It's easy! It's effective!
Body Conditioning is a great all over toning class using hand weights and resistance bands for added resistance along with leg shaping squats and lunges followed by a mat workout.
My aerobics classes are fun energetic classes with easy to follow moves to great music from chart to salsa. The warm up and cool down remain the same each week with the main workout changing using basic aerobic moves, cardio box and a bit of bootcamp thrown in. Everyone works at their own level with easier and harder options given throughout the class.
