Fitness Pilates starting in January 2010.  
 
Body Conditioning is a great all over toning class using hand weights for added resistance along with leg shaping squats and lunges followed by a mat workout.
 
My aerobics classes are fun energetic classes with easy to follow moves to great music from chart to salsa.  The warm up and cool down remain the same each week with the main workout changing using basic aerobic moves, cardio box or sometimes salsa.  Everyone works at their own level with easier and harder options given throughout the class.
 
Low-impact aerobics offers a slower paced workout without the jumping.  This would suit anyone getting back into exercise, may be after having a baby or recovering from an injury, or if you prefer a gentler workout.  We still work hard and get up a sweat and everyone works at their own level with easier and harder options offered.
